Return & Cancellation Policy

We understand that purchasing luxury pieces online can feel daunting. That’s why our team of customer service and design specialists is here to help you every step of the way. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • A return request must be submitted with photos of any damage to the item or the packaging and approved by our team.

  • You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • The product must be shipped from the original delivery location.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return label, or the return will be declined and the item returned to you.

Important: Some manufacturers do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction. Many of our products are artisan-crafted, and natural variations in color, texture, or finish are considered part of their unique beauty — not defects. Please contact us before purchase with any concerns about materials or finishes.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange:

  • Lighting

  • Custom and made-to-order furniture or art

  • Faux florals (made to order)

  • Used items or items not in original packaging

  • Pillows, poufs, throws

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.

  • Items must be packaged in original packaging to factory standards. Items returned with inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Because we offer free standard shipping on most orders, we must charge restocking fees to account for the significant cost of handling, processing, and losses due to ineligible or damaged returns.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@maisonvogue.com with your order number and reason for return, also include photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  2. If your item is eligible, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and send you a return label.

  3. Items must be shipped within 14 days of label issuance.

  4. All returned items are inspected prior to refund.

  5. ***Keep all original packaging and boxes until you have been instructed otherwise.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email info@maisonvogue.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the box.

  • Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

  • If damage is visible at delivery, refuse the item and ensure the carrier documents it.

  • Do not sign for damaged items — doing so voids your claim eligibility.

Claims for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.

For large items such as furniture, lighting, mirrors, and rugs: If refused due to visible damage, we’ll inspect the piece and initiate a replacement process. Please note that resolving damage claims may take 2–3 weeks.


Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you may choose:

  • Maison Vogue Store Credit:

    • Refund for item value

    • No restocking fees

    • Return and outbound shipping deducted

  • Original Form of Payment:

    • Refund for item value

    • Up to 15% restocking fee for stocked items

    • Up to 30% restocking fee for custom items
    • Return and outbound shipping deducted

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned without authorization or in poor condition. If a pattern of excessive returns is identified, we may limit future transactions.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing may take a few business days.

  3. Reach out to your bank.

Cancellations

  • Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours at no charge.

  • Between 24–48 hours: subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • After 48 hours: orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled.


Backorder Cancellations

Backorders may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase (excluding made-to-order items).
Please note: If you cancel a backordered item to re-order it at a promotional price, the new order may be fulfilled later than your original order, and your reserved piece may be forfeited.


Book Returns

All claims for damaged books must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, with accompanying photos.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maisonvogue.com
