We are delighted to offer FREE curbside delivery (Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm) for all orders within Canada and the contiguous United States.

Our FREE curbside delivery is defined as below:

For parcel items, curbside delivery is defined as a no-signature required delivery to your mailbox, front door, or curbside.
For freight items, curbside delivery is defined as a signature-required curbside delivery. Curbside delivery carriers will NOT carry your delivery up stairs or enter your home under any circumstances. Any packaging materials are up to the customer for disposal, not the shipping company (only White Glove at an additional cost)

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are encouraged as many items are very popular and others have reserved the next incoming production. Products may have only so many incoming at certain dates, therefore please reserve ahead of time if you really want the product. Please reach out to info@maisonvogue.com for any lead times on pre-order items. When placing a pre-order, we will be in touch with the lead times and throughout the waiting period if anything changes. As soon as the item is in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse, we will be in touch right away to discuss shipping lead times, once shipping has been confirmed your item will then ship out to you once in stock, processed, prepped and ready to find its way into your home.

Care & Cleaning

Blot stains immediately and clean with a mild soap and cold water. Blot dry with clean, absorbent towel. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. Shedding is normal: vacuum regularly with beater bar off, and shedding will reduce over time.
