Important Shipping Notice

Thank you for your continued support and for shopping at Maison Vogue, we truly value you as a customer and want to deliver you the best customer support we can. These past couple of years have been difficult with shipping delays, extended wait times, etc.  We truly appreciate your patience during this time and only wish that things will only get better from here 🖤

We wanted to fill you in on some of the potential delays we have been experiencing globally:

Suppliers around the world, are continuing to experience truly unprecedented production and supply chain constraints. These disruptions include difficulties securing materials, keeping manufacturing facilities healthy and operating, and congested freight infrastructures. This means that some of our products are taking longer than usual to arrive. We are indebted to your loyalty and patience as we work around the clock to mitigate any further delays in getting our products into your hands and completing your projects.

Some important details we would like to share with you:
  • ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) that you see on our website are subject to change and are estimations based on the information provided by our freight partners overseas. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a series of disruptions including limited freight container availability, slower than usual transit times, delays at port, and additional delays via rail and highway. Our logistics team is working diligently to update posted ETAs whenever new dates are made available to us.
     
  • We recommend reserving backordered items well in advance to ensure the arrival of products to coincide with your project lead times. If you are currently working on a tight deadline, please contact your local sales representative who can assist with reviewing available product.


Please note that due to carrier shipping constraints, we are subject to extended shipping delays from our delivery partners. Please expect potential shipping delays and reach out to our customer service team for your current estimated delivery date. Many of our items are made-to-order or custom pieces, and the shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. Once items are in transit, they may take an additional 1-2 weeks to make it to your home.

If you are purchasing a gifting item, we encourage you to place order as early in advance as possible to receive your item by your preferred date.
